Return Policy:
100% full fund return when the hair have any quality problem after you receive, but return us the hair and package with the original situation, we do not accept the hair return if washed or waved or cut, thanks. And buyer will pay the shipping of sending and returning, returning must be arranged within 3-5 business days after receiving our hair products. THANKS VERY MUCH.

1.Return/Refund is accepted within 7 days; please contact us for the return address
2. To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by register airmail, the shipping fees of return should be paid by the buyer.
3. Please make the item stay the original state, we only accept no-damaged items.
4. Please when you return the goods tell us first, and return by EMS, then we can solve it quickly!
5. When you return the goods, pls. write no more than USD30 on invoice for quick clearance.
Kindly note:
dear friend, we usually reduce the price on the invoice to avoid the tax, normally, USA is no problem, but for some countries, it is a little hard, such as Canada, if there is some tax charged by your goverment, the customer should be responsible for the tax( around $10-$20), thank you! Usually we write USD10-100 on your invoice against your order. Before sending out your order, we will contact you to confirm this thing.
